Our Low Price Guarantee
Our pricing should be equal to or less than prices at any competing sites. If, however, you find a **regular price
item at another site that is lower than our price, WE WILL BEAT THAT PRICE BY ONE DOLLAR!
HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR LOWEST PRICE SAVINGS
When you purchase an item with us you will have a "Comments" section at the bottom of your secure checkout page. In this field type in
"LOW PRICE" and then paste the web address of where you found the lower price. Your order will be charged at our regular price and then
we will issue you a separate credit. This credit will be for the difference of each item less one dollar. For example, let's say you
purchase a shoe for $50 from us and find it elsewhere for $46. You will be charged $50 and then we will issue you a separate credit
for $5 which is the $4 difference plus $1 for our low price guarantee.
**PLEASE NOTE** Price guarantee does not apply to discontinued, "on sale" or clearance items at the
competing site and also does not apply to items with any type of additional discounts or coupons not stated in the regular price.
Only the regular stated price of the shoe is calculated for a price guarantee. Shipping costs are not calculated into a price guarantee.
Item must also be in stock at the competing site. Price guarantee applies to a style in the same material and color only. For example
if the same style is lower in price in silver than white dyeable satin, the lower price of the silver shoe can not be used as a price
guarantee for the white dyeable satin shoe.
Shipping Information & Cost
Your purchase is shipped with standard UPS Ground FREE OF CHARGE when you purchase 4 pairs or more to the same
location on the same order! Purchases of 3 pairs or less are shipped via UPS ground service at the low flat cost of just $5 total!
The factory warehouse ships all in stock orders within 1-3 business days after your confirmed order. Most orders, however, ship out
from the warehouse the same or next business day after you place your order! Ship time will vary depending on how far your destination
is from the shipping warehouse. We reserve the right to ship some orders via USPS Priority Mail. While
mistakes with UPS rarely happen there is always a possibility of an unforseen error so we do not guarantee shipping times. To be safe
it is always best to leave yourself a few extra days before you need your package. A reship charge of $5 will apply
to all exchanges on original purchases of 3 pairs or less from any one order. There are no restocking fees on any exchanges or returns.

UNDERSTANDING SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Here is an example of a destination that is 3 business days in transit:
1 - Your order is placed on a Monday and UPS takes 3 business days to deliver to your location.
2 - The factory warehouse ships it out the very next business day on Tuesday.
3 - Transit time is 3 business days after the day of confimed shipment which is Tuesday. The day your package ships out, Tuesday, does
not count as a shipping day.
4 - Your 3 shipping days are Wednesday, Thursday and the final day is Friday.
5 - Your package arrives on Friday.
REMEMBER - shipping days are business days which means you do not count Saturday, Sunday or any Holidays when
UPS does not ship. If you order on a Thursday, your package will ship out on Friday and arrive 3 business days later on Wednesday.
DIFFERENT BRANDS SHIP FROM DIFFERENT WAREHOUSES
At Bridal Shoes Boutique we carry different brands of shoes, which ship from different factory warehouses. Colorful
Creations and Lava shoes ship together from Hialeah, FL. Benjamin Adams shoes ship from Canton, MA. Touch Ups and Liz Rene shoes ship
together from Barrington,NH and Coloriffics and Sizzle shoes ship together from Woburn, MA. So.........if you order a shoe from Colorful
Creations and Lava you will get just one package. If, however, you order a shoe from Colorful Creations, Touch Ups and Coloriffics you
will receive 3 different packages as each is shipped from a different location.
ESTIMATING YOUR SHIPPING TIME
To calculate your shipping time you can first view the UPS MAP. For an exact time you
can calculate your ship time at UPS.com by CLICKING HERE.
Remember, different brands ship from different locations.

When you have entered all of your information scroll down and click on "Calculate Time Only". This will show how many days it
will take a shipment to arrive from the initial shipping location. Any shipping costs as well as ship back costs are non
refundable.
FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS
Upgraded shipping is not offered through our web site since we ship from many different warehouses. If you need your package via
UPS 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Overnight Delivery, you can contact us for the cost of this service. If your order is
able to be upgraded we will then place a separate charge to the card used for your original purchase. Again, before you spend for upgraded
shipping, make sure you check above for your estimated shipping time. You may not need the upgraded shipping after all!
SHIPMENTS TO PUERTO RICO, ALASKA AND HAWAII CAN NOT BE UPGRADED. SHIPMENTS TO THESE LOCATIONS WILL BE
SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL!
WHERE DO WE SHIP
We ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico. SHIPMENTS TO PUERTO RICO, ALASKA AND HAWAII will be shipped via the United
States Postal Service priority mail. The postal service states that this service generally runs from 2-3 days. This time frame is not
guaranteed so we ask that you allow up to a week or more for a priority mail shipment. You can not upgrade shipping to Hawaii, Puerto
Rico and Alaska. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back a return or exchange. See our Return Policy page
for details.
RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT
The address you type in is the address we send your order to. Please make sure your address is correct, including apartment number and
zip code. Also be sure to make arrangements to accept delivery at the address requested. U.P.S. will not automatically leave a package
at your door. We can not ship to a P.O. box. UPS charges us for address mistakes. If you have given us an incorrect adress we will charge
your card the exact amount that UPS charges us for the mistake. If you direct UPS to ship to a different location after your package is
already in transit UPS will again charge us for this change and again we will charge your card the exact amount that UPS charges us.
NEVER REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT AS A MEANS OF SENDING THE SHOE BACK FOR A REFUND. UPS charges shipping for any refused shipment so if
you refuse a shipment this exact amount will then be deducted from your refund amount. Please refer to our Return Policy page for details.
